SENIOR (2008): Set career and season 5K best time of 19:43.89 at the Tiger Invitational... Improved on her previous time in all but one meet... Top three finisher among the Eagles in the last four meets of the season... Led the Eagles across the finish line in the two mile Front Runner Invitational... Ran a time of 19:52.09 at the SoCon Championships.

JUNIOR (2007):  Was one of the top three runners in the fall for GSU...Finished second to teammate Abby Bloom in three out of six meets during her first collegiate cross country season...Ran a personal record time of 19:56.69 at the Auburn Invitational...Posted a time of 20:18.36 at the Southern Conference Championships.

SOPHOMORE (2005-2006):  Transferred to Georgia Southern from UAB- did not compete.

Prep:  Competed for Straight Ahead from ages 8-13, then GA Fire at 14...A national contender in each event all but one year...Awarded Most Valuable Runner...Attended Lithonia High School competing under head coach Ken Henderson...Three-time letter-winner...Helped the Bulldogs achieve a county championship (2002) and four region championships (2001-2004)...A state qualifier in the 4x400M all four years...Finished third in the state her senior year in the 400M...Team captain for three seasons...Graduated in top ten percent of class with a 4.0...A member of the Beta Club...Made the honor roll every year.
